On Site Massage is a short massage, specially designed for the workplace.
Integrated as one component of your overall Employee Well Being Strategy it reduces the risk of minor musculoskeletal injuries becoming chronic and is proven to temporarily lower blood pressure. The benefits are cumulative, and the best results are seen where the service is used used on a regular basis.
OSM contributes to improved performance and reduces the risk of sickness absence due to conditions such as neck and back pain and RSI.
On Site Massage
- Is brought into your company, or works with you and your clients at your event.
- Is always delivered by a qualified, registered Massage Practitioner.
- Lasts around 20 minutes, uses no oils and the client remains fully clothed.

- Drop in sessions can be arranged if appointments are difficult.Provide a space; a meeting room, or vacant office, with a minimum floor area 10' x 10 ' is fine.
